We're blessed in having Jason's sister Lisa and her man Paul here at this time. We'll have a swim in the Pacific or a dip in the pool, visit the Getty museum or the Griffith Observatory in the morning and take all that positive energy back to Reuben in the afternoon. The view of Downtown LA was taken from the Griffith Observatory, the significance being that Children's Hospital LA (CHLA) can be seen as the group of buildings left of the grassy patch in the LA basin.

When is the surgery scheduled for now? Still early this week?
Reuben looks good and strong and ready to go. I am thinking about you all often and have asked several friends and random people to pray for sweet Reuben. Certainly has made a difference for Mr. Max!
