Now that is also incredibly precious :o) As for the question of where you might choose to live, I have no answers. My experience with medical is completely in the United States. The children who have gone through the UK system seem to have care similarly excellent - and both systems have their challenges and financial burderns. I wish I could be more help. Wherever you are you will be there and that will make it more than fine. Circumstances are trivial to what is real in the heart. Your heart knows where you need to be at any given time - and I suppose if it makes no pressing selection, maybe location is not the significant issue.
