Reuben had a bit of a sleepy day at the party itself, enjoying nestling up to his NICU nurse Anne Gleeson until the opening of the red piano (above) at which point he metamorphasised into a wonderful pianist. He was like a new boy, looking around for audience approval. Thanks Michele & family! An absolute crowd pleaser and we can't keep our once determined profoundly deaf son from being a concert pianist in the making. It's an absolute joy to watch. What a great shot Jennifer took of us above. The beautiful balloons are c/o Erica & family. Reuben's been having a field day playing with them. They go at the end of his cot at night so they're there to greet him in the morning. When I get some time, I'll upload video clips and more pics...

PS to all our lovely guests, some of whom left teddy bears at the picnic! Please let me know to whom they belong so they can safely go back home. Boys and girls will be missing them I'm sure!
